Blitz Your Home, Free Your Mind!

Clutter, dust, dirt, and grime can take up a lot of space in our homes and can reflect upon the way we think, too, often crowding our minds with unnecessary ‘junk’. The moment that you realise a clean and clear home equates with a clean and clear mind, you have won half the battle and can begin blitzing your home to free your mind!

Here are a couple of examples of how keeping a clean and tidy home, can help clear your mind:

Your subconscious mind will not let you forget if you have a mess that needs cleaning:

If you have things around the home that need fixing, cleaning or tidying up, your subconscious mind will hang onto those things and not let you forget about them until they are done. This takes up crucial space in your mind and leaves less room for other, more important problems that may need to be solved.

When you tackle your untidy garage, clean out your attic or spring clean your home, then, and only then, will your mind be free to concentrate on other things that should, and probably do, mean more to you.

The burden of a dirty home:

Not only are your mental processing powers being hampered by the mess and dirt in your home, but these things are also causing a general burden on your overall ability to get things done. When your mind is continually focused upon what needs to be done in the home, and what things cannot be accomplished until they are completed, then your mind is already at a distinct disadvantage, and you’re unable to move onto things in the future that is more important.

While you may not feel as if you’re consciously thinking about your messy or unclean home, your subconscious mind will be working on overdrive to remind you about all those things that need to be done, and until you do those things, your mind will not be free to pursue other aspects of your life. It really is as simple as that.

A dirty or messy home will inhibit the powers of possibility:

If your home is too dirty or messy, then that is what you’ll see every time you step through the front door; not the possibilities of how your home could look if it was neater, or what money you could make from selling unused items cluttering up the place. Life is full of endless possibilities, but your powers of seeing them and being able to access them, are seriously inhibited when your mind is dominated by thoughts of cleaning and tidying up.

Get rid of that junk filled lounge, clean up that kitchen and de-clutter your attic to have access to the parts of your mind that enable you to see the possibilities of life that lie in front of you. When it comes to blitzing your home, getting rid of junk and giving yourself a home that you can be proud of, you MUST not procrastinate. Get it done and get on the path to a future that is free of subconscious clutter, today!
